Turmeric is the yellow spice from the root of Curcuma longa, used in cooking and traditional practice across South Asia for thousands of years. Curcuminoids are the compounds that give turmeric its colour and are what turmeric extracts are standardised for. Our gummies use a 50:1 extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, paired with ginger extract, in a pectin gummy with natural orange flavour.

WHAT'S INSIDE
A concentrated turmeric extract (50:1, standardised to 95% curcuminoids) with ginger root extract, in a pectin gummy with natural orange flavour. Two gummies provide 256mg of curcuminoids. No gelatine, no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS
Turmeric and ginger are both rhizomes (underground stems) from the same plant family, and have been cooked together for centuries. Curcuminoids – curcumin and its relatives – are the yellow pigments in turmeric and the compounds turmeric extracts are standardised for. Raw turmeric contains only 2–5% curcuminoids; a 50:1 extract concentrates this to 95%.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What does 95% curcuminoids mean?
Curcuminoids are the yellow compounds in turmeric. Raw turmeric is 2–5% curcuminoids; our 50:1 extract is concentrated so that 95% of the extract weight is curcuminoids.
Q: Why add ginger?
Turmeric and ginger are closely related plants and a traditional culinary pairing. The ginger is a root extract.
Q: Will these stain my teeth?
Temporary staining is possible if the gummy is held in the mouth. Chew, swallow and brush as normal.
